The RJ-260/600 / 18.5 kW (22 kW) single-shaft shredder is the smallest representative of the RJ-shredder series, with a fairly wide range of applications. It is used for shredding plastics, foil, plastic packaging, wood, wood waste, post-production waste, cardboard, paper and similar materials. Equipped with a material pressing drawer, which is hydraulically driven, it has good performance. It is produced with an engine of 18.5 kW and 22 kW. The differences in the power of the motors used depend on the type of materials to be shredded and affect the grinding efficiency.

In addition to solid workmanship, our shredders stand out from other devices with a communication module in the GSM network. It is the result of research carried out at the Cracow University of Technology, during which it was also proposed to make structural corrections to the cutting system, which are introduced in subsequent copies of the machines.

The communication module in the GSM network enables remote setting and reading of the operating parameters of the shredder. Communication is via SMS text messages. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to read the machine operation time and change parameters such as: the main shaft retraction time in an overload situation, setting the start-up time parameters, setting the starting and working current protection, the number of attempts to switch on the main drive during an overload, the number of empty runs of the hydraulic pressure drawer, which turns the machine off.

The device has lace or flat cutting knives made of hardened tool steel (1 edge works during shredding, which allows you to change the position of the lace knife 4 times and change the position of the flat knife 8 times). It also has a control box that carries out the machine's work program. The size of the starting fraction depends on the screen used. The dimensions of the filling and the diameters of the holes in the sieve can be adapted to the customer's needs.

The RJS-260/800/22 kW (30 kW), RJS-345/800/30 KW (37 kW) single shaft shredder is another medium size shredder from the RJ series. It has the same advantages as its predecessor, while the shaft with a length of 800 mm increases the dimensions of the chute and thus increases the efficiency. The sloping floor of the working chamber facilitates the movement of the material towards the shaft, which additionally speeds up the shredding process. It is used for shredding plastics (foil, plastic packaging, etc.), wood (wood waste, pallets, etc.), post-production waste, cardboard, paper and similar materials.

We produce the above shredder with a shaft diameter of 260 mm or 345 mm, and in several engine versions: 22 kW, 30 kW, 37 kW. Equipped with a hydraulically driven material pressing drawer and a GSM communication module.

It has larger dimensions, power and efficiency, thanks to which it has much greater processing capacity. It is recommended when it is required to crush large amounts of larger-sized materials, or when pre-comminution is necessary for a further technological process.
