The RF-195/400 shredder is structurally similar to the previous RF-137, but its design is larger and stronger so that it is possible to grind larger-sized waste. Therefore, it has longer shafts and larger diameters, larger diameter cutters and therefore a larger working space. The model is characterized by the optimal combination of functionality, dimensions and performance in relation to the price. The device has a control box that carries out the machine's work program. The dimensions of the inlet and the diameters of the holes in the sieve can be adapted to the required fraction of grinding. An additional advantage is the possibility of including the shredder in automated grinding and sorting lines.

The machine has a wide range of applications, recommended for shredding plastic, cardboard, paper, wood, chipboard and MDF waste, etc. Its capacity ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 m3 / h and depends on the size of the holes in the screen and the installed motor power ( motors).

The RF-195/400/4 kW shredder is a special version of the RF-195 two-shaft shredder, equipped with a gear with an increased gear ratio. This shredder, although it has a low-power motor (4 kW), has a gear with a large gear ratio (i = 79.7), which causes the cutting shafts to rotate slowly, around 18 rpm, but have a high torque. This makes it possible to shred materials that provide significant resistance and that cannot be shredded on the standard model with a 7.5 kW motor and a gear ratio of 1: 25.
